Virtual operator to redirect calls: An interactive voice response (IVR) system replaces the human operator and directs callers to the appropriate extensions or voice mailboxes. It engages users through pre-recorded or synthesized audio prompts.

Call Waiting:

Key commands for extension management. SIMTON extensions can be managed by entering key commands from phone set. For example, setting up "Record or change greeting message", "voice mail message", "Do Not Disturb", "Call Forwarding", "Blocking or unblocking International Calls", "Check Extension Number", "Speed Dial" etc.

Resource Sharing Control:

Control the usage of local resource by others. SIMTON internal resources like "Use of VoIP account" or "PSTN account" to make external calls can be fully controlled and authenticated by applying combination of ID and Password.

Authentication Account:

PIN number control and accounting. SIMTON authentication on usage of resources can be authenticated by two levels: Internally and Externally. Authentication can be waived or forced on the usage of SIMTON resources to make external / international long distance calls.

VIP number and VIP station:

Waive authentication for VIP. In SIMTON, VIP phone numbers can be set. For VIP numbers the authentication can be waived. VIP numbers will have all facilities to use resources as normal internal extensions.
